Project Pricing
Some projects are better suited to a fixed price than an hourly rate. This can include website builds, WordPress improvements, CRM setup, system migrations, software integrations, and security projects.
Once I understand your requirements, I’ll provide a clear outline of the work, estimated timescales, deliverables, and total cost before any work begins.
If the requirements change or additional work is requested after the project has started, I’ll explain the impact on the cost and timescale before carrying out that work.
For smaller or less clearly defined projects, I may recommend working at my standard hourly rate instead. Either way, you’ll know how the work will be charged before proceeding.
Ongoing Support
If you need regular assistance, I can arrange a weekly or monthly support package with an agreed number of hours and a predictable monthly cost.
